Yes. We feel bad about it, but what's done is done. We've neglected you, loyal Damsels, and we don't know how we can repay you, except to give you this gem from Hollywood.
Damsels, I give you Taken 2. Yes. Liam Neeson is back again in his best role, and we couldn't be more pleased.
A still you ask? I'll do even more, I'll give you two:
So, what's the story this time? Looks like Neeson's wife is taken, and he resorts to the same, awesomely bad-ass tactics he used before to bring those nasty human traffickers to justice.
I wouldn't skimp on you! Here's the trailer:
Good news and a Hummana, Hummana all wrapped into one? Wow, I'm good. Stay tuned for more awesome Damsel in a Dress, as well as frequent updates on Liam Neeson—in other words, exactly everything you want to hear.

Hummana Hummana: Grey-ing Mansels
It's no secret Damsel Headquarters has a crush on Liam Neeson. He's handsome, he's badass, and he usually chooses awesome movies to star in. I'm on the fence, however, about his most recent endeavor, The Grey. From what I can gather from the previews, there are wolves, a plane crash, a woman hiding under a bed sheet with Liam Neeson, and Liam Neeson. Being badass.
Oh, and this handsome son-of-a-gun:
Why hello, Mr. Mulroney. Long time no stare. I know I don't need to point out to you Damsels how delicious I find it that his most recent movie endeavor with our fave LeeNee is called The Grey when it so accurately describes the state of his temples.
So here's to you, Dermot Mulroney. Welcome to the folds of silver foxes everywhere. Hummana hummana, indeed.

Hummana Hummana: 24601
OK. So maybe this is an unconventional Hummana Hummana post, but I have to do it. I've just been to the touring production of Les Miserabels, and I am so in love. With the musical. But also with the character of Jean Valjean. Not only does his name rhyme with itself, but also he's a convict with morals. I mean, seriously. Where can you find an attractive bad guy/outlaw/rebel, who also lives by a moral code (and not their own moral code, Dexter style, but the real rights and wrongs that define all of us)? It is awesome.
Also, Javert's voice always has my stomach tied in knots. Have you ever met a deep voice that didn't make you swoon? Didn't think so.
Who am I? 2-4-6-0-1!!!!
At this point, I must address the fact that maybe not all of you are getting my references (maybe you're thinking 24601 is a zip code - well it isn't, at least in this case), or for that matter, my love of Liam Neeson. But I must assure those of you who aren't on my level that you should really get on my level, or at least be on the elevator doors that open on the mysterious other side of the floor on my level (Can you get to level 2R from level 2 somehow? Why would you need a key? These are the tough, hard-hitting questions we face today). Because this musical is awesome. It has a timeless message, and actually at this point in history, maybe even has a timely message. So, check it out if you haven't. Then come back and chuckle at my references, and basque in the glow of Liam Neeson as nature intended him, as Jean Valjean, naturally.

Hummana Hummana: Sexiest Mansels Alive 2011
OK, ladies. Let's just cut to the chase here, because we know what you want. You want a little man-sel and you want it now. Hey, understandable. We could all use a little more meat this time of year—and of course I'm referring to turkey.
PEOPLE has released its "Sexiest Man Alive 2011" list and the winner is...
Bradley Cooper? I guess those eyes are kind of piercing, and his character in The Hangover was funny and lovable if not a little douche-y, but really? I can't say I mind the eye-candy, but there is a lot of merchandise out there, or as we say in the business, "merch."
In the interest of...well, Man-sel-viewing, let's examine that "merch." I give you some of the other candidates that made the coveted annual list:
Ah. Liam Hemsworth. Miley-dater extraordinaire, Hunger Games star and most importantly, man-who-has-a-first-name-in-common-with-Liam-Neeson, an actor I find incredibly endearing and, if you must know, I also find him bad-ass in the movies Les Miserables and Taken (an odd assortment of movies, I agree).
Another endearing candidate? Tim McGraw. Never underestimate the sex-power of a married man who loves his wife. Loyalty is attractive, and so are cowboy hats and boots (when applicable, read: if you're a country star, or you are dressing up for a theme-party).
Can't get enough? Go to people.com to view the rest of the candidates who made THE list of 2011.
Well, there you have it, Damsels. A Hummana Hummana worthy of the day before Thanksgiving. What are you thankful for?
