First, I will let you in on a little secret: Kate Middleton and I are going to be best friends. I swear this will happen. Not even in a creepy, stalker-ish way, but in the way that it is just destined to be. No, I'm not psychic. And if I was psychic, I would still only predict things I wanted to happen, not things that really are going to happen—all in all, I wouldn't be a very good psychic.
Anyway, the girl, or should we say Duchess, does everything someone in her position should. She is gracious, and patient, and classically lady-like. If most Hollywood starlets and stars would act as she does, the world would be pretty darn classy.
Next, her style. Kelly Osbourne said on E! Fashion Police that if she were in Kate's position, she would wear a new outfit or a new dress everyday. But, half the reason Kate is so highly regarded is because of her ability to wear the same styles in new ways. I disagree with Kelly Osbourne's position. Just because you can afford to wear a new outfit everyday doesn't mean you should. What a waste of beautiful clothing!
I don't know about you out there, but when I like something enough to buy it, I want to get enough use out of it. Not just because it's my money I'm spending, but because I like it or I love it. It isn't just a one time thing. Kate probably feels the same way.
Let's take a look at her staples.
*She loves a good nude or navy pump.
*She loves well tailored skinny jeans.
*Most of the time, she has a little sleeve, and is not completely strapless or shoulder bare.
*She likes a dress that cuts at the natural waist.
*She likes Alexander McQueen and Jenny Packham.
*She loves a good trench, or knee-length coat.
*She likes to wear her hair down.

Kate's go-to items are figure flattering and classic, so they never go out of style. She isn't as much into trends, because she starts the trend. This is why she is one of my fashion icons. You stay classy, Kate.
